According to the Ankeny Education Association Policies and Procedures, the role of the Membership Committee is to complete the following tasks for the Ankeny Education Association:
1) Distribute and collect membership materials.
2) Promote membership in the AEA.
3) Organize new teacher activities.
4) Give Treasurer the membership report by September 30 and update as needed.
5) Attend ISEA/PSUU training.
6) Maintain communication with Human Resources.
